Billing, Cancellation & Refunds
Recurring billing, cancellation, failed payments, refunds and price changes for Webium projects.
1. Monthly project subscriptions
Each paid Webium project is a recurring monthly subscription unless the order page states otherwise. As of the Effective Date, the standard public price is US$15 per active project per month, subject to the Fair Use Policy.
2. Automatic renewal
Unless you cancel, the project renews automatically for another monthly period and Webium or its payment processor may charge the payment method on file for the applicable subscription price and taxes. The checkout flow should disclose the recurring nature of the subscription before purchase.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel through an available account/project cancellation control or by emailing support@webium.ai. Unless law or the order page provides otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
4. Deleting a project is different from cancelling billing
Where Webium provides separate deletion and subscription controls, deleting source files or project data does not necessarily substitute for cancelling a subscription, and cancelling a subscription does not necessarily delete all project data immediately. Follow the confirmation shown in the Service and contact support if the status is unclear.
5. Refunds
Except where required by law, or where Webium determines that a duplicate, erroneous or unauthorized Webium charge should be reversed, fees already charged are non-refundable. Webium may provide credits or refunds at its discretion without creating an obligation to do so in other cases.
6. Failed payments
If payment fails, Webium may retry the payment method, request a new method, limit paid functionality or suspend the affected project after reasonable notice, subject to applicable law.
7. Price changes
Webium may change future pricing. A price change does not retroactively alter amounts already paid. For an existing recurring subscription, Webium will provide advance notice where required and the new price will apply only to a future renewal.
8. Taxes
Prices may exclude sales tax, VAT, GST or similar taxes where those taxes must be added. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information.
9. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cancellation, cooling-off, renewal-notice or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
