How to report phishing, malware, exploitation, illegal content and other serious misuse of Webium.
What to report here
- phishing, credential theft, malware or compromised Webium applications;
- child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation;
- credible threats of violence or unlawful targeted harassment;
- fraud, scams or impersonation used to steal money, property or credentials;
- unlawful disclosure of personal information or unlawful surveillance;
- content or activity that is clearly illegal in the relevant jurisdiction; and
- other material violations of the Acceptable Use Policy.

What to include
Send the exact URL, project/domain involved, a description of the issue, why you believe it violates law or policy, relevant screenshots or evidence if available, and a way for us to contact you. Do not send passwords, unnecessary sensitive personal data or illegal material itself when a URL or description is sufficient.
How Webium handles reports
Webium may validate the report, seek additional details, notify the affected customer, preserve relevant evidence, restrict or remove material, suspend a project, or refer a matter to an infrastructure provider or lawful authority when appropriate. Urgent and clearly harmful issues may be addressed without advance notice to the customer.
