1. Reporting claimed copyright infringement

If you believe material available through a Webium-hosted service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to Webium's copyright contact at support@webium.ai.

Your notice should include:

1. a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act for the owner;
2. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved;
3. identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, including the relevant URL;
4. your name and contact information, including an email address and, where appropriate, mailing address and telephone number;
5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
6. a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.

2. What Webium may do

Webium may forward a substantially complete notice to the affected customer, request additional information, remove or disable access to material, preserve relevant records, or take other steps required or permitted by law. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

3. Counter-notices

If your material was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing the information required by applicable law. Webium may provide the counter-notice to the complainant and may restore material when legally permitted.

4. Misrepresentations

Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a copyright notice or counter-notice may create legal liability. Consider obtaining legal advice before submitting a notice if you are uncertain about your rights.
